MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The information provided through the Trinity Detox Challenge is for general educational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual responses to foods, supplements, and wellness programs may vary. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning this program, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have recently undergone surgery, or are receiving medical treatment. Never discontinue or modify prescribed medication without instructions from the prescribing healthcare professional.

SIMPLE DESIGN INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPER

  1. Use the existing flyer as the main visual reference. Carry over its deep purple, black, white, and vibrant pink color palette.

  1. Place the flyer in the hero section on desktop, with the headline and registration button beside it. On mobile, place the headline and button first and the flyer immediately below them.

  1. Display “September 14–October 4, 2026” prominently near the top. Do not make visitors search for the dates.

  1. Place a bright pink “Join the 21-Day Challenge” button above the fold. Repeat the button after the food lists, after the safety section, and at the bottom of the page.

  1. Keep the page clean and easy to scan. Use short sections with generous spacing instead of long blocks of text.

  1. Display “What to Eat” and “What to Avoid” in two side-by-side sections on desktop. Stack them vertically on mobile.

  1. Use appetizing, realistic photographs of fresh vegetables, fruit, wild-caught fish, smoothies, sweet potatoes, nuts, quinoa, and infused water. Avoid generic detox icons, cartoon illustrations, or unrealistic imagery.

  1. Put “Who Should Not Participate” in a clearly visible safety box with a light background and dark text. It should never be hidden in fine print.

  1. Add a sticky registration button on mobile so visitors can sign up from anywhere on the page.

  1. Use one clear registration action throughout the page. Do not send visitors to several different links or buttons with different wording.

  1. After registration, automatically send a confirmation email containing the dates, preparation instructions, food lists, safety notice, product-order details, and schedule for any live sessions.

  1. Include a short frequently asked questions section covering registration cost, what is included, how participants receive the product, shipping deadlines, virtual meeting details, and whom to contact for assistance. (see below)

The complete “Foods to Eat” list appears on this page and will also be provided to registered participants.

What foods and beverages should I avoid?

Participants should avoid the items on the program’s “No-No List,” including white sugar, artificial sweeteners, refined white starches, certain meats, soda, alcohol, caffeine, energy drinks, canned foods, fast food, vegetable oil, and canola oil.

Please review the complete “Foods and Beverages to Avoid” section before registering.

Do I have to follow the food guidelines?

Yes. The food guidelines are central to the 21-day challenge. Each participant is responsible for reviewing the lists, buying appropriate food, and making choices that suit their personal health needs.

How much water should I drink?

The program recommends approximately half your body weight in ounces of water each day. However, hydration needs vary. Anyone with kidney, heart, liver, blood-pressure, or fluid-restriction concerns should ask a qualified healthcare professional how much water is appropriate.

Can I drink coffee or tea?

Coffee, caffeinated tea, and other caffeinated products are on the “No-No List.” Caffeine-free herbal teas are permitted unless a healthcare professional has advised you to avoid a particular ingredient.

Can I continue taking my prescription medications?

Continue taking all prescription medications exactly as directed unless the prescribing healthcare professional tells you otherwise. Never stop, reduce, or change medication because you are participating in this challenge.

If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or another condition that may be affected by changes in diet, hydration, or supplements, speak with your healthcare professional before beginning and ask whether additional monitoring is needed.

Can anyone participate?

No. The Trinity Detox is not appropriate for everyone. Do not participate without medical approval if you take blood thinners; are pregnant or breastfeeding; have kidney disease, elevated creatinine, acute kidney injury, severe liver disease, or restricted fluid intake; have received an organ transplant or take anti-rejection medication; are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation; or recently had major surgery and have not fully recovered.

Review the complete “Who Should Not Participate” section before registering.

Can children participate?

This challenge is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. Do not give the TRINITY Detox products to a child unless the child’s licensed healthcare professional has specifically approved their use.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Review every product label and ingredient list before participating. If you have food allergies, sensitivities, religious dietary requirements, or medically prescribed dietary restrictions, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making changes. Do not consume any product containing an ingredient to which you are allergic.

Is this a weight-loss challenge?

Weight changes may occur when participants improve their food choices, but weight loss is not guaranteed and should not be the only measure of success. The challenge focuses on completing a structured 21-day reset and developing more intentional health habits.

Do I need to exercise during the challenge?

Participants may continue safe, appropriate physical activity based on their current health and ability. The challenge does not require strenuous exercise. Anyone with health limitations or concerns should consult a healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise routine.

What should I do if I feel unwell during the challenge?

Stop using the program and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience severe, persistent, or concerning symptoms. Seek emergency assistance immediately for symptoms such as trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, confusion, facial or throat swelling, signs of a severe allergic reaction, or any other medical emergency.

Do not assume that a serious symptom is a normal part of “detoxing.”

What happens if I miss a day?

Do not double the recommended product amount to make up for a missed day. Resume according to the product directions unless a healthcare professional advises otherwise. The goal is consistent progress, not perfection.

Can I receive a refund?

Because challenge materials, digital access, and product-order processing may begin immediately after registration, all registration fees and product purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law. Please review the program details and safety information before registering.

Registrations may not be transferred without written approval. Please contact [INSERT EMAIL] before the challenge begins if you need assistance.
