6. What does the scripture in Romans 11:25 - 36 mean to you? Also, specifically, share what verse 29 means to you?

There are a few things that are highlighted for me: (1) God desires to share mysteries and those deep places with His people, (2) the importance of covenant and grateful that we serve a God who honors covenant- because this is what kept Him from getting rid of the Jews and extending grace, the covenant He had with their fathers, (3) the depth of God, there will be always something to learn/get to know of God. Verse 29, in particular, means that the giftings and callings that God gives us, He will not take back or regret His decision. Another translation of this verse says the gifts and callings of God are "irrevocable [for He does not withdraw what He has given, nor does He change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call]".

7. What can you learn from the story of Baalim the prophet in Numbers 22?

God does not go back on His word. When Baalim initially asked God for a response on the matter- God gave it and it was very clear. Yet, Baalim went back again to God regarding the same issue. Even though God gave him permission to go with the men; He was angered and displeased with Baalim- and I believe it was because he didn't stand firm on the original instruction.

11. What are the "deep things of God" the bible refers to?

I think this question points back to Romans 11, specifically verse 33 that states, "Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and decisions and how unfathomable and untraceable are His ways!". I believe the "deep things of God" refer to the mysteries, as well as the unimaginable depth of God that He choses to reveal as He sees fit.

14. Please share one area of your life that God has dealt with you about concerning your character.

One area would be integrity. I'm pretty truthful but in the past few years God has been making sure I remain integris even down to what some may deem as minimal or "white lie"; and this is in everything from work place to everyday life.

15. How has God dealt with you concerning the heart of God, the will of God and your purpose in God?

The heart of God: how boundless/deep/passionate His heart is; more specifically He has drawn my attention to people that society may deem as "unloveable" or those who have done heinous crimes but were given grace and space to ask for forgiveness because God still loves that person and had that person in mind on calvary.

The will of God: relationship, true intimacy (transparent, real) leading to making us more like Him

My purpose in God: to encourage, to bring order/create a seamless flow, help build people up in their purposes
