Before You Read
Four days. Five services. Workshops, outreach, a commissioning, and a prophetic awakening. What was released over Liberty International Network at Holy Convocation 2026 was not a series of good meetings — it was a body of instruction.
This document exists because instruction that is not gathered is instruction that is lost. Apostle Dr. Earlie James Jr. closed the convocation with a prayer that we would be helped “to unpack all of these things over the next several weeks… so that we can begin to put boots on the ground.” Pastor Chablay Samuda said it plainly from San Diego: “What we hear, we must act on it, we must move on it, in order to see the benefits of God.”
What follows is that unpacking. The remarks of our President and Co-Founder, Apostle Darlyn C. Turner, are given the fullest treatment and are set apart throughout, because hers was the charge that framed every night. The words of Apostle Earl Glisson, Apostle John Eckhardt, and Apostle Dr. Earlie James Jr. are summarized. The prophetic company session is recorded, along with the words released over this network.
The final section gathers everything into one place and answers the question this document is named for.
The Arc of the Four Days
Five gatherings, each building on the one before it. Apostle Darlyn noted on Saturday night that a word is not established the first time it is heard, but the second — “out of the mouth of two or three witnesses.” By that measure, this convocation established a great deal.

The Voice of Our President
Apostle Darlyn C. Turner
Apostle Darlyn C. Turner spoke in every service of Holy Convocation 2026 — not only in the State of the Union Address on opening night, but as host, teacher, corrector and commissioner across all four days. Her remarks form the spine of this convocation. They are gathered here in the order they were given.
The State of the Union Address
Apostle Darlyn opened by framing the address as a constitutional duty — not a sermon, but an accounting. “A State of the Union address is something the president of our country gives to tell the state of the country, and also the measures, the things that we need to measure ourselves by.” She named its three purposes: to look at how far we have come, what we have accomplished, and what we need to correct.
The Sacred Questions
She refused to let the gathering be about celebration alone. “We have gathered to answer some sacred questions,” she said, asking each person to personalize them:
- What will I do with everything God has entrusted to us?
- What will we do with the prayers that were prayed?
- What will we do with the sacrifices that were made before us?
- What will we do with the foundation that was laid?
Her warning was direct: “If revelation of the sacrifice isn’t understood, it’s going to be devalued and abused.” And her purpose was plain: “I’m not here merely to give you information. The Lord would have me call each and every one under the sound of my voice — we must be called back to covenant.”
“We did not come this far merely to survive. God has not called you merely to survive. He has called us to be above only and not beneath. Survival is not the will of God. We came this far to build what must outlive us.”
The Basement and the Burden
She retold the origin of the house. In 1982, her husband, Apostle Dr. Clifford E. Turner, alongside his first wife, Pastor Denise M. Turner, founded Liberty Temple Full Gospel Church in Chicago — in the basement of his mother-in-law’s house. “There was no crowd to validate the vision. There was no post on Facebook. He wasn’t looking for likes. There was no major donor, no global platform. There was just a word from God, and there was faith, and there was obedience.”
“So why are you stuck in the basement of your life? Never despise small beginnings. You have a great mandate right in your basement season. Never measure the potential of your vision by the size of the room it begins in. I know you’re in the basement — I want to know what’s your burden.”
The Fruits of the Vision
She traced what the burden produced. Apostle Turner was charged by God “not simply to build churches, but to build great people.” He understood that the church was not called to hide behind four walls while the community suffered outside; that salvation was not the end of discipleship but the beginning of transformation; and that the gifts and callings of God extend beyond the pulpit into education, business, government, entertainment, family and community development — every sphere of society.
- When many churches resisted women in ministry, Liberty made room for women to preach, to lead, and to serve.
- Dance and drama were brought into worship in 1985, when it was still a scandal to do so.
- Logos Ministerial Training Center was created in 1985 to equip believers and leaders.
- Holywood Studios was launched as one of the early Christian film companies — “declaring that believers were not called merely to criticize culture, but to create within it.”
- Churches were planted in 43 nations. Barriers were broken, traditions were challenged, leaders were discipled.
- In 1999, Apostle Turner and Apostle Darlyn founded the Liberty International Network with the launching of Liberty Temple Full Gospel Church in San Diego — the network’s firstborn location, celebrating 27 years alongside the network itself.
She named the one word that governed the last twenty-one years of his life: network. “We were no longer one church — we were one church in many locations. His vision was larger than one church, one city, one personality, one generation.”
“We are not merely a collection of churches. LIN isn’t an extra organization attached to your local church. We are a kingdom network. We are a net that works. And the work of this net is to connect people, to catch vision, to carry burdens, to develop leaders, to strengthen churches, to serve communities, to advance the kingdom of God.”
The Eighth Year
She marked the timing deliberately: the eighth month, following eight days of prophetic fasting, in the eighth year since the passing of the founder — the eighth convocation held without him in the flesh.
“Eight years ago we entered a season that we did not ask for. We lost more than a leader. I lost my husband. Many of you lost an apostle. Many of you lost the only man you looked up to. Some of you lost a mentor, a teacher, a friend.”
“We were forced to grieve but still govern. We had to mourn and still minister. We had to process our pain and still protect the vision. And we kept moving.”
Check Your Roots
Asked why the network is still standing, she rejected every easy answer. “It’s not that we always had enough money. We’re not here because we had enough people, enough volunteers, enough systems, enough help. We’re not here because of AI. We are here because the roots that were dug over forty-something years ago are still nourishing us — roots which of course start in Christ.”
She reported what the Lord had spoken to her that day: “Darlyn, the reason many churches, marriages — whatever — dry up, is because they disconnect from the root.”
“Show me somebody who’s disconnected from the root and they don’t dry up. Some of you have disconnected. God is calling you to replant yourself. Get back in alignment. Check your roots — your obedience, your spirit, your humility, your love, your repentance.”
What We Have Done Since His Passing
She presented the record of the network’s work in the eight years since the founder’s passing, and asked the house to see itself in it:
- Water wells placed in Cambodia and Liberty Village dedicated to the memory of Apostle Dr. Clifford E. Turner, in partnership with Apostle Estrada
- Homes built for widows in the Philippines and Africa over the last two years
- Major sponsorship of a medical center in Kenya
- The National Widows Association launched
- A pathway created to move individuals with challenged credit toward home ownership — with homes actually obtained
- A college scholarship assistance program for high school juniors and seniors
- Veterans benefits assistance and grief counseling partnerships established
- The Making of the Awakening documentary released and aired nationwide
- The Car Angels program — vehicles given to mothers in need
- Holywood Studios executive produced Women on the Move
- CedarLife Publishing bringing authors’ books to the world
- The album Enter His Gates produced
- CET Day and Legacy Day established — to remember, reflect, recalibrate, measure, monitor and multiply the mandate
- The CET line launched, carrying the sayings and wisdom of Apostle Turner
- The Billionaire Minds event hosted — economic understanding, strength, stewardship and opportunity
- Liberty Temple Philly West purchased its first property
- A discipleship platform launched
- The Leadership Congress established, plus a Leadership Summit for senior leaders
- Liberty Zion and Liberty San Diego transitioned into new locations
- Leaders across the network completed ministry certifications, degrees, doctoral programs and leadership development programs

“And we did all of this while we were grieving. While experiencing transitions in leadership. While losing key leaders in our lives. While attempting to recover people, places, property, resources and processes. While learning how to be online and in person. While adjusting to generational shifts. We did all of this without the staff we needed, without the systems we needed, without all the money we needed. We still moved.”
Now the Corrections
Naming her husband as a truth-teller, she turned from the record to the repair. “We can’t end merely celebrating progress.”
“We have been in a state of survival — many of us, many of the churches. But survival is not strength. We celebrate that you survived, but staying in that mode doesn’t mean you’re strong enough to keep lasting. We’ve accomplished much, but accomplishment is not permission to become comfortable. Yesterday’s oil cannot substitute for our obedience today.”
She named the gaps without softening them:
- Significant transitions in leadership and membership; people, resources and property lost
- Gaps in procedures, communication, accountability, succession, and organizational systems and structures
- Hybrid ministry learned while trying to preserve in-person connection
- Generational transition, with generations missing from some congregations — “we must make room for our young leaders to rise”
- Silos in the network — churches that do not show up for network events except for convocation
- The tendency to treat the network as something outside us, above us, or apart from us
She gave the house explicit permission to hold leadership accountable, including herself: “I’m giving you license to confront it, to question it if it’s in your leadership, to question it if it’s in me. How many know I can have a bad day? I can say something opposite of everything I just said.” She then told on herself, recounting a congregant who felt safe enough to correct her anxious energy that very afternoon — and rejoiced over it. “I said, thank God I’m doing something right. Nobody’s afraid that I’m gonna cut their head off.”
Roots and Branches
“LIN is not an accessory hanging from a branch. LIN is the root system that made the branches possible. And a healthy branch does not resent its roots. When the root is strengthened, the branches benefit — but when the branches flourish, the root benefits too. We don’t choose between the local church and the network. That’s like choosing between your first name and your last name.”
Koinonia — Where There Is No Fellowship, There Is No Flow
She taught the Greek word for fellowship: koinonia — participation, partnership, communion, contribution in a shared life. “Biblical fellowship is more than coming into the same room. We come into the same room once a year. We come into the same Zoom room, but we never share a life. That’s not fellowship.”
“Koinonia means I participate in what God has placed upon you and you participate in what God has placed upon me. Your burden becomes part of my prayer. Your victory becomes part of my celebration. Your need becomes an opportunity for me to serve you. Your church is not my competition. Your progress doesn’t diminish me.”
She drew the physiology out: a body must have blood, but if circulation stops, the members begin to suffer. “A network may have gifted people, strong churches, powerful leaders and valuable resources — but if communication, fellowship, contribution and support stop flowing, the body becomes limited.”
She then set five refusals before the house:
- We cannot call ourselves a network if the net doesn’t work.
- We cannot celebrate connection in name while practicing separation in function.
- We cannot ask God to send revival while refusing relationship.
- We cannot ask for multiplication while operating in isolation.
- We cannot ask for enlargement without responsibility, or claim the inheritance while neglecting what preserves it.
The One-Man Season Is Over
“A movement cannot be sustained by the sacrifice of a few and the applause of many. We’ve had years where many applauded but few sacrificed. Are you among the applause, or are you among the sacrifice?”
“The season when one great leader carries all the vision, makes every decision, brings every idea, solves every problem, raises every dollar and pushes every initiative is over.” She extended it past the platform — to the one intercessor carrying the whole load, the one person in media, the one praise and worship leader. “That’s over.”
“We don’t need more spectators. Do not wait to bring every idea. Don’t wait for the pastors to identify every need. Don’t wait for the apostolic council for every initiative.” She then listed the supply already sitting in the room: administrative skills, technology, finance, mentoring teenagers, helping widows, coaching marriages, training entrepreneurs, writing grants, building systems, opening corporate doors, government relationships, discipling new believers, traveling, praying, serving, giving. “Everybody should be doing something.”
The Joshua Decrees
Recalling the revelation given to her when her husband passed — that the Moses season was over and this is a Joshua generation — she led the network in decree:
- I refuse to wander in the wilderness.
- I refuse to keep circling what God has told us to possess.
- I refuse to allow the memory of yesterday to become an excuse for avoiding tomorrow.
- I refuse to allow grief and disappointment to become my permanent address.
- I refuse to allow separation to weaken what unity will multiply.
- I have taken on the spirit of Joshua and Caleb. Give me this mountain.
Giving as Intercession
She reframed the offering for the whole convocation. “Intercession says: I see the need, and I refuse to stand at a distance. I will place myself between the promise and the problem. Your offering goes where your feet may never go. It speaks in rooms you may never enter. It reaches people whose names you may never know.”
She was equally transparent about the numbers: the LIN network budget — separate from any local church — is approximately $650,000 per year, with mission travel alone capable of exceeding $100,000. The immediate Vision Raiser goal announced in April was $50,000. “We have to give out of intercession. Whatever God tells you, obey God — and if you don’t have it, it’s not for you. We don’t have any gimmicks. We’re not going to prophesy.”
Cross-Pollination and the Mercy Assignment
Introducing Apostle Earl Glisson, Apostle Darlyn disclosed the origin of the invitation. “The Lord dealt with me a couple of years ago. He said, you need some cross-pollination. That’s the word He gave me — because so many camps stay within their own camps. I could very much see what areas we needed.” The instruction was not incidental; it became a theme of the weekend and was echoed prophetically over the network two nights later.
She also pressed the house on relational depth with leadership, affirming the exhortation given from the floor: don’t take only a Sunday sermon and leave. “Connect with the leaders in this network and get to know them, because they have something to impart to you.”
After the Word: Confirmation
“Wasn’t that a powerful word? Did God not confirm the word from last night? That is exactly what the Lord was dealing with us about — being a team.”
The Outreach Assignment: Marked for Mercy
She then gave the network a hands-on assignment for Saturday afternoon, and asked every location — Orlando, Philadelphia, San Diego, and online members with no physical church nearby — to participate.
- A list of clothing items would be prepared by the Spirit — a red shirt, white pants, black gym shoes. Whoever matched an item on the list was the person to approach.
- Approach them, identify yourself and Liberty Temple, and tell them they are part of God’s treasure. Ask to pray for them.
- Exercise the prophetic gift at whatever level you carry — “Jesus was at the well; He used a prophetic gift to reach the woman.”
- Where you are able, bless people financially — pay for someone’s purchases. Where you are not, the kindness itself is the assignment.
- Go in groups of two or three. Never alone.
- Film it where it is appropriate and discerning to do so, and bring the testimony back.
“When Moses asked for glory, what did God say would pass before him? My goodness. So that’s what we’re doing. We’re letting goodness pass before them.”
The Law of Establishment
Responding to Apostle Eckhardt’s word, Apostle Darlyn taught what she called a key — and identified it as a reason manifestation is delayed in many lives.
“When you hear something that seals a word, say glory. Because a word is not established when you heard it the first time — it’s when you hear it the second time. Out of the mouth of two or three witnesses it is established. This is why some of us haven’t had the manifestation: we don’t interact enough in the spaces God called us to, and we missed the confirmation that established the word. The establishment comes from community. Without the establishment, it doesn’t come to pass.”
On Expanding the Circle
She noted that each year the network has seen her introduce new friends, new business partners and new ministry relationships, and named it as a model rather than a preference. “The Lord told me these are examples. You should have some new friends too. Don’t stay in that little small pond when you are a whale.”
Honest Words About Money
She spoke plainly and vulnerably about the network’s finances — and about her own seasons of loss. She testified to having personally sown over $100,000 of her own money and then walking through seasons of loss so severe that she shut down: “I’m like, God, I’m not giving anything. I was mad. And He dealt heavily with me — that I needed to rearrange my mind and heart. So I feel you.”
She recounted that the first convocation after the founder’s passing ended roughly $14,000 short, covered by one member who wrote a check — which the network repaid. She then named the pattern she wants broken:
“Whenever there’s a shortfall, somebody didn’t obey. If we all do our part, there’s not going to be lack. Honor comes with honorariums — meaning we support tangibly. And the Lord told me to ask you this: have you ever sown what you spend on your vacation? Just like we plan our vacation — plan to come with a seed.”
She also protected the house from pressure, twice: “There are seasons we can’t do what we used to do. Put your chest out and your head high. There’s no condemnation. We’re talking to the ones who can stretch.” And regarding the ten-day breakthrough word released that night, she added a clarification: “That doesn’t mean it manifests in ten days. It means God might give you a strategy, a connection, in ten days.”
A New Model for the Network
Introducing the prophetic company, Apostle Darlyn disclosed something structural about how Liberty International Network will now operate. The Bezalel Prophetic Company, founded by Prophet Dwight Taylor, entered a formal partnership with LIN — “something we did not do heretofore in our network.”
“Prior to this, most LIN functions were done overarching at the top — everything would flow from the top down. What is changing is that we’re not in the Moses season anymore. When it was Joshua’s season, it was no longer a one-man show — it was a team. So you can’t look at your leader, look at me, look at your pastor and just wait for things to come down. We’re looking for you to come up.”
She then gave the mechanism explicitly: “Go to your pastor and say, God is dealing with me about starting a youth initiative, or whatever it is. Then they work with you — and the network just got a new initiative. That’s the way it works. Don’t wait for Apostle Darlyn and Apostle Earlie and Apostle Waddell and your pastors to come up with everything. Next year we should have a whole lot more partnerships.”
Why Words Don’t Come to Pass
Teaching alongside the prophets, she brought the strongest scriptural case: “God Himself said, I have a land for you, flowing with milk and honey. Did they get there? Who prophesied? God did. But they didn’t get there — because they didn’t become. They were still in unbelief, still murmuring, still complaining. Every time they saw a giant they started crying. Now they’re in contempt, because I showed you over and over that I am God. So you’re dying in your wilderness — because you did not come to pass.”
On Discernment
She charged the house apostolically to study the word, “because the word is prophetic” — and warned against being impressed by accuracy alone. “Everything that’s accurate is not God. There are some things God didn’t intend for us to see. When they ate of the tree, their eyes were opened — and on that tree was both good and evil.”
She drew out the fig tree: “The only thing God cursed on the earth was something fake and false, pretending to look like something it wasn’t — showing leaves with no fruit. Don’t be out here showing your leaves when you have no fruit.”
On Courage, Covering and Leaving
Asked by a longtime member whether she had been wrong to leave for a church her granddaughter could physically attend, Apostle Darlyn answered without argument. “If you heard God, there shouldn’t be any guilt. When somebody tells me they hear God, I do not argue with them.” She testified that she had herself left her father’s church to come to Liberty — “but I never left my father.”
“Back in the day there were stigmas when people left Liberty, and that is something my husband and I never wanted. Because this is the bottom line: you’re always family. You don’t ever leave Liberty.”
But she also pressed the harder question back to the house: “What did God give you to birth that could be connected to LIN? Prophet Dwight said, we need a prophetic school — and instead of going somewhere else, God put it inside him to birth it. The seed is inside of you.”
And she charged the house to hold its ground under ministry: “Don’t let anybody lay hands on you that shouldn’t. Don’t allow the church environment to suck you into something — I don’t care who it is, and I don’t care if it’s me. It’s better to obey God than man, and sometimes that man is you.”
A Word on Medicating Disappointment
Discerning it in the room, she made an appeal without condemnation. “If you’re medicating your disappointment, your pain, your frustration — stand so we can pray for you. God told me many years ago: Darlyn, you don’t have to tell my people the wrong they’re doing — they know. Tell them what my solution is.” She left the house with one question: “Would you do it with Jesus standing there? Would you give that same explanation to Him?”
The Commissioning and the Charge Home
Apostle Darlyn opened the closing service by marking a first in the network’s history. “We have not, to my knowledge, had a commissioning of prophets as a network. So now we’re starting our commissioning service.” The Lord, she said, made an exception this year for this group alone.
She read John 15:16 over the moment — “You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain” — and then handed the charge to Chief Apostle Joseph Prude of the Apostolic Council.
Prophet-elect Moneecia Johnson and Prophet-elect Carol Jacobs (Liberty Life Christian Center) were commissioned. Apostle Darlyn noted the significance of the prophetic office standing outside local pastoral authority, and asked each candidate’s local pastors to lay hands by proxy across locations.
The Pattern of the Twelve
In the final appeal she recalled a pattern from the network’s founding years: “The Lord would always give us twelve. Twelve people responding actually helped us build this network.” She asked for twelve people at each of the four campuses to plant an $800 seed — with commitments accepted over sixty days — and $80 or the nearest thing from everyone else, extending the number eight that Prophetess Doris had released that morning.
The Charge Home
Her final instruction was deliberately restrained. Recognizing information overload — “including me” — she announced that follow-up would be sent to the churches by video the following Sunday rather than piled on at the end. She asked each location to pray over its own people, to lead anyone who needed to know Jesus, and asked Apostle Dr. Earlie James Jr., as one of the network’s own, to release the house.
The Impartations
Apostle Earl Glisson
- Stand for the word — honoring the King whose word is being read
- Focus on the word, not the man who carried it — Luther, Wesley, and why movements die
- A word over the transition — she is not him, and was never meant to be
- God is not fielding second-string — “we are the closers”
- The glory: Adam carried it, the fall lost it, buildings never held it — Christ in you
- Former rain roots the seed; latter rain matures the crop — glory is for fruit bearers
- Ephesians 4 — the fivefold equips, it does not merely educate; every joint supplies
- Stay in your fit — architecture, load calculation, and the danger at a transition
- 1 Corinthians 12:18 — God placed the members; you did not pick
- Excellence can be purchased; fullness cannot — fullness comes with oneness
- Honor the man by pursuing what the man pursued. Movements die when the messenger replaces the message.
- Apostle Darlyn carries her own gift and her own impartation. She was never meant to be a continuation of her husband.
- This generation is not a lesser one. God kept Paul and Peter in their day and brought us into ours on purpose.
- God never wanted His glory in a building. The assignment is to carry glory into the community, not to recruit people off the planet.
- The latter glory is reserved for fruit bearers. Vines without fruit are not what the latter rain was sent for.
- Serve where the grace actually rests. Getting into a fit you have no grace for is how people buckle and then blame the church.
- You do not choose your church or your assignment — God placed you. Bring your supply.
- Pockets of glory will not appear in our communities without unification. Lock arms.
The Message, Point by Point
He opened by asking the entire network — Orlando, Chicago, Philadelphia and everyone at home — to stand for the reading of Scripture. The practice came from Anchor Faith’s private school, where students stand and say honor when a leader enters the classroom. The Lord said to him: “You’ve done a really good job training your students to honor those in authority. Don’t you think it’s time the church started standing at the word again to honor me?”
“I need you to imagine right now that we were just translated to heaven — see yourself in the court system of God, the Father seated on His throne, Jesus Christ at His right hand, and He wants to decree His word to you.”
This was his first and sharpest warning, and he framed it as prophecy. Movements die when the people begin to honour the messenger instead of pursuing the message. “Martin Luther had a word from God and nailed his ninety-five theses to a door, and it created the Lutheran church. Where is it today? They started focusing on Martin Luther instead of what Martin Luther was focused on. John Wesley had a word from God and did some amazing things — where’s that church today?”
He was careful to say this does not mean withholding honour. “That doesn’t mean you don’t honour that person — but not at the expense that you do not go after what the one went after.”
He addressed the succession directly, in front of the whole network, and returned to it again at the close because he said the Lord wanted it repeated. He named the comparison people make and dismantled it piece by piece: “It doesn’t matter that she’s sleeping in the same bed he did. It doesn’t matter that she could put on a shirt he wore, or walk around with the cologne he had. She was never going to be him. She’s going to be her. And is she following the Lord? That’s who we follow anyway.”
At the end of the message he added the closing charge: “There are things that have been deposited in you, but they were so you could build them through you. Not everybody’s going to accept that — it’s their problem, not your problem. Anyone who would compare you with him doesn’t know God, because God knows you individually and the gifting you have.”
He rejected outright the idea that the present church is a lesser one arriving late. “In these last days, God is not putting in the scrubs. If the apostle Paul could have done a better job than us, God would have held him till now. If Peter could have done a better job right now, He would have held that man. But He brought you. He brought Liberty Network. He brought you to Philadelphia. He brought you to Chicago.”
“He’s not going, man, I sure wish Moses would come back — can I find me a King David out there? He’s not whining like that. Our Father sits in the heavens and laughs.”
He traced the glory across the whole of Scripture. Adam was formed of dust, received the breath of life, and carried the glory of God in the earth — able to walk straight up to his Father face to face, unashamed, because he was a reflection of his Father’s glory. When Adam ate, the glory left.
From there he tracked God’s response: God came down after the fall. He came down to Abraham. He came down in a bush to Moses. He came down at the dedication of Solomon’s temple, when the train of His robe filled the house and the priests could not stand. He came down on prophet, priest and king. Then Jesus appeared — Emmanuel, God with us.
“God never intended for His glory to be in a tabernacle made of human hands. He didn’t want to be in the tabernacle. He doesn’t really want to be in the temple. He wants to be in you. He wants to come back to man.” Colossians 1:27 is the resolution: Christ in you, the hope of glory.
He applied the previous point directly to the network by name, and it is the closest thing in the message to a commissioning statement for LIN.
“This message is not about destination. It’s about destiny now.”
This was his interpretation of the convocation theme, and it turned on an agricultural distinction most people miss. The former rain falls on seed in the ground: it breaks the seed open, lets it take root, and steadies it so it will not be moved by what comes. The latter rain does something else entirely — it matures the crop.
“A farmer does not plant seed to have plants. A farmer plants seed to have fruit. What good is it to have corn and no corn shows up? No potatoes show up, no strawberries, no watermelons. We’ve got green vines all over — look how big and thick our vines are. Where’s the fruit?”
He then applied it to the church rather than to souls. “The church started off in its infancy — we’ve been carnal, we’ve been fleshly. But God said, I’m coming back for a church without spot or wrinkle, where everybody works together as one, doing their part. The latter glory is for the maturing of that fruit — so that you lay hands on the sick, you raise the dead, in your community, in your house, everywhere you are.”
He was blunt about the purpose of ministry gifts. “Our purpose is not to get you to heaven. It’s for the equipping of the saints — that’s not to educate you alone, not to give you a certificate or a diploma so you can put it on your wall and say I have a doctorate in such and such. I’m glad you do, but I hope you’re doing something with it.”
He also refused to let the word work be treated as a curse. “The work of the ministry — that is not a cuss word. When you follow God, you’re going to work. You’re going to work the spirit, work the word, work at crucifying your flesh, work at putting your own thoughts down.”
And he made the point that a leader is not there to build one person. “Sometimes the saints are like, just work on me, please. I’m not here just to work on you. I’m here to work on you so you can help work on someone — and we can all work together.”
He illustrated the point with a golf cart sitting dead at his house. It looks good, but it is worthless, because the batteries died — and it takes six connected batteries, not one. “If I put three in there, it doesn’t matter. Three can be connected pulling power, and three are not — and the three that aren’t are draining the three that have power, because they won’t get up in there and connect.”
“The glory you have is not as powerful until you hook up.” He then named the excuse directly.
He took the word build in “I will build my church” back to its root — architecture — and then to the discipline of the structural engineer, whose job is to calculate load.
“A steering wheel is round, and so is a tire. But if you swap them — the steering wheel may look good bolted up there, but the minute it gets under the weight, you buckle, you crack, you’re crushed. And then you blame God and you blame the church, when it wasn’t God’s problem and it wasn’t the church’s problem. It was you getting out of your fit.”
He then said the thing he had clearly come prepared to say, and prefaced it: “I’m going to say it, because I know.”
He challenged consumer church culture head-on. “God has placed the members, each one of them, just as He desired. So why do you think you can pick your church? Why are you running around saying, I’m just trying it out? Pray — Lord, where have you connected me? And once you get in, you don’t get to pick what you get to do. Only God can do that.”
He contrasted the church’s fragility with ordinary loyalty. Young men who never met put on the same colours, get punched in the mouth, and the coach sends them back out. A parent tells a six-year-old to listen to a coach who is shouting at them. “But let the pastor say something and it’s, don’t talk to my teenager like that, we’re going to another church. The world does better.”
He also drew the kingdom distinction: “In the kingdom you lose your independence — but you do not lose your individuality, because God made you very specific.”
He closed on a distinction he said ministry culture constantly confuses — and then made it personal.
“I’m just trying to be the best Earl Glisson. I’m competing against no one. I’m only going to be judged by what I was called to do, not what somebody else is doing.”
His final charge to the network was corporate. “Liberty International, we’ve got to lock arms. We’ve got to get up into these communities. It’s been prophesied that in these last days, pockets of glory are going to show up in communities — but those glory pockets will not show up without unification.”
Apostle John Eckhardt

- This is a marathon, not a sprint. Distance and longevity are the marks God is after in Liberty.
- Every house has a sound. Let the sound of Liberty be heard beyond its cities and into nations.
- There are treasures in the deep. Refuse to live in shallow water.
- Liberty is not only your name, it is your mandate. Never let anything bind what God made free.
How He Came to the Word
He was studying Genesis 1 when he noticed something he had never seen in hundreds of readings: the word great appears twice in the creation account. God created the great lights — the sun and the moon. And God created the great whales.
“And the Lord spoke this to me. He said: tell my people that as I’m creating for them, as I’m reforming and reshaping them, I desire to do great things for them. I want to do something great and something big and something large for them.”
He added the vocabulary the Lord gave him. In the Greek, great is mega — mega favour, mega doors, mega wisdom, mega breakthroughs, mega miracles. Then two more words came: mammoth and massive. And he grounded it in Jeremiah 33:3 — “call unto me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things.” God has never promised to show us insignificant things.
Before he reached the seven points he named the obstacle, and said the Lord had spoken it to him plainly: “Many of my people think too small. They don’t have great mentalities.”
“And the Lord said: I want to increase your thinking. I want to give you great ideas. I want to give you great creativity. I want to give you great innovation. I want to expand your mind, I want to expand your mindset.”
He then named a specific hindrance he called hometown demons. Jesus could do no mighty work in Nazareth because of unbelief — the people had known Him as a child, knew His faults, watched Him grow up, and could not think larger than what they had known. “Sometimes hometown devils will limit you. They’ll keep you small.” He testified that he began in a small storefront church on East 39th Street in Chicago — the same storefront where Apostle Clifford Turner once came to show a film and cast out a demon — and that many people could never see him beyond it.
His remedy was exposure: get around different anointings, different ministries, different mentors. And travel. “Travelling expands your mind. We’re in a big world — different places, different cultures, different mindsets. And God wants to expand your mind because He wants to do something bigger in your life.”
Seven Marks of the Whale
The blue whale is the largest creature on the planet — a symbol of God’s glory, because the great God can create something so great. And whales do not swim in oceans because it is a good idea; they swim in oceans because only an ocean has the capacity to hold them. “You can’t put a whale in a swimming pool.” God wants to give you room for your gift, room for your calling, a greater environment and a greater capacity. Psalm 18 — “He set me in a large place.” Isaiah 54:3 — “You shall break forth on the right hand and on the left.”
Whales are the heaviest creatures alive, some weighing thousands of tons. The Hebrew word for weight is chabod — glory. In Scripture, gold and silver were valued by their weight, making weight a picture of substance, value and prosperity. “God wants to put a greater weight of glory on you — upon your ministry, your words, your revelation, your preaching, your worship, your prayer, and upon your finances. He doesn’t want you to be a lightweight. God wants to make you a heavyweight.”
Whales travel up to five thousand miles, sometimes migrating from the Southern Ocean to the Northern. “God has created us for distance. He wants you in this for the long haul, consistent year in and year out. This Christian walk is not a hundred-metre dash — it’s a marathon. I’ve seen people start fast and they’re like a shooting star, they’re gone. Then I’ve seen people still relevant after many years — still preaching, prophesying, casting out devils, conducting business, ministering. They go the distance.”
The Arctic whale can live over two hundred years — “there are whales alive today that were alive in the 1800s.” The application was not natural lifespan but staying power in the work of God: being consistent, persistent, faithful, loyal, and refusing to quit. Apostle Darlyn noted afterward that a prophet had spoken longevity over Liberty years ago, marking the word as established.
Humpback whales communicate across miles beneath the water, and oceanographers say they sing to one another. “Every church has a certain sound. Your praise and worship has a sound, your preaching has a sound, your prayer has a sound.” He testified that his own church began decreeing Psalm 19 — that their sound would go to the ends of the earth — and doors opened to over a hundred nations. “Let the sound of Liberty be heard — in different cities, in different nations. Your sound can now go out through the internet, through social media. You don’t even have to travel.”
Whales live in the deep, descending thousands of feet, though they surface to breach. He pointed to Jacob’s prophecy over Joseph — the blessings of the deep — and to the minerals, oil, gas and wealth the earth yields from below. “The deep carries great blessings.” Jesus told the disciples to launch out into the deep. Ezekiel was led out by an angel from ankles, to knees, to loins, to waters to swim in. “There is a depth God wants to bring you into — deeper in the word, deeper in revelation, deeper in the prophetic, deeper in worship, deeper in prayer, deeper in intercession, deeper in the glory. Don’t stay in the shallow.”
The final point, which he had saved for this house by name. “The whale is a symbol of freedom. Nothing restrains this creature.” He noted the psalm that says leviathan plays in the deep — “when you play, you’re having fun; there’s a freedom when you play” — and applied it to the network’s identity. “This is especially good for you, Liberty Temple, because your name is Liberty. One thing you must never lose is your freedom and your liberty. Don’t be bound by religion and tradition. Don’t be bound by witchcraft and people. Don’t be bound by systems. Be free in your finances. And not only will you enjoy liberty — you’ll teach others what it means to be free.”
The Prophetic Release Over Liberty
He then moved into direct prophetic release over the network:
“I’m releasing in this hour whale-sized blessings, whale-sized favor, whale-sized grace, whale-sized power. Whale-sized miracles, whale-sized vision, whale-sized dreams, whale-sized innovation and creativity, whale-sized breakthroughs.”
“I’m doing a whale-sized repositioning of your mind, a whale-sized expansion of your understanding. I’ll give you some whale-sized projects, and many will say that’s too big for us to do — but I’m going to give you whale-sized faith and whale-sized boldness to do them.”
“I’m expanding my prophets to decree and speak things they’ve never spoken before. There will be words that come out of your mouth and you’ll say, I don’t believe I just said that. Some you’ll have to look up and research.”
“I’m putting new wind in your sails. A new wind will blow. A new wind will come.”
“Not just to be Liberty in one place, not just Liberty in two places, but to be Liberty throughout this country. I’m expanding your capacity, your borders, your horizons.”
A Word to Apostle Darlyn
“Continue in your vision. Continue to be creative, continue to be innovative. You’ll not just do traditional church — I’ll cause you to do things that are unorthodox, and to challenge the people to step out of the box. I didn’t call you into a religious box. You’ll break forth not just in the church but in the marketplace, and you’ll raise up powerful marketplace ministers who go into unusual careers and areas — things people in their families have never stepped into. I’ll surround you with creative people. There’s a creative team I’m developing — people with unusual ideas that will cause breakthrough. And you’re going to reach people you’ve never reached before, even people who speak different languages.”
He closed by praying for every ordained and licensed minister in the network to receive whale-sized vision, for mega properties and whale-sized land, and for whale-sized givers to come and sow into the churches and the vision.
Apostle Dr. Earlie James Jr.

- Strongholds show up directly behind prophetic decrees. Expect the argument next week and answer it with the word.
- You are a window. Every interaction someone has with you is an interaction with Him.
- There is a covering on you while you are doing what God assigned. Stepping outside the assignment breaks the hedge.
- Fear was not in Adam’s original code. Where it appears, it is evidence of the virus — not of who you are.
- You are king and priest. Do your work well, and build an altar where you work.
- Pay attention to the night. God seals instruction in sleep — expect strategy, frameworks and answers.
The Message, Point by Point
He opened with what the Lord told the network at the start of the year: this would be a year of kinesthetic instruction — specific, hands-on, detailed direction rather than high-level encouragement.
“He was going to be very specific this year about what we needed to do to see change in our lives. It wasn’t going to be high level — it was going to be very specific. And have you seen it, even in this conference? Whether we’re talking about Dr. La Joyce, or Apostle Glisson, or the DNA workshop with Deborah Taylor — we’re talking about specifics. God has given us details this particular year. There’s no guesswork in this at all.”
He set the theological frame for the convocation theme. What made the tabernacle glorious was the presence of God resting there for forty years. What made Solomon’s temple glorious was the same — when the work was finished, the presence came in as the reward for the work being completed properly.
But that arrangement was never the original design. “When we look at the first Adam, we begin to understand that God’s intent, with the design of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, was that the presence of God would always live in us. Not just be among us.”
“So when Jesus comes in the Gospels, He comes as Emmanuel — God present among us. But after the cross, God got in us. He didn’t want to be among us. He always wanted to be in us. We’re not carrying around arks of the covenant anymore. God doesn’t want to dwell on an ark. He wants to dwell in a temple.”
He opened the Greek on the verse everyone knows. Conformed is schema — a mental framework. “Schemas are frameworks people develop because of things they have gone through. If I went through something traumatic, I might develop a schema of being negative. My brain begins to build a network based on the data that came to me as a result of that experience — so I become predisposed to fear, predisposed to deconstruct my own self-image.”
He defined trauma pastorally: something deeply distressing and disturbing to you. “It might not bother anybody else, but it’s disturbing to you. It rocked your world. And we have to stop minimising traumas and comparing traumas, because they land differently depending on who we’re talking about.”
Transformed is metamorphoo. Most teaching stops at morphoo — to change the mind, to develop a new opinion. But nobody deals with meta, which in the Greek means accompaniment or partnership. “What God is saying is that we cannot achieve transformation without His partnership.”
“People tell me all the time: Apostle, I’m trying to work on myself. I’m trying to get myself together. You can’t get yourself together. In the words of Dr. Phil — how’s that working for you? Philippians 2 says it is God who works in you both to will — that’s desire — and to do. Because sometimes you don’t have the desire to get up when you don’t feel right. And desire alone isn’t enough. You need power.”
“The weapons of our warfare are not carnal — not fleshly, not material — because what’s coming at your mind is not material. Toxic thoughts are not things you can physically see, but you can experience them. Depression is not something you see. You may see the effects of it. So God said: it’s useless for me to give you material weapons to fight an immaterial war.”
The Greek ochuroma means a fortress, a framework, an argument. “It is something that is arguing against what God said He was going to do.” And he warned the house exactly when to expect it.
“Strongholds like to show up right behind prophetic decrees. No sooner than you get into next week, coming from convocation with all this encouragement and all this ministry — things start trying to tear you down. And it’s not something physical. It’s immaterial thoughts. How are you going to pay for it? You don’t have any help. You’re not strong enough. You’re not capable enough. These are arguments.”
He traced the root word echo — to hold, to conceive. “A toxic thought cannot take root in you, it cannot conceive, unless you agree. Trauma, stress and standing in situations for an extended period can make you forget that you have a choice. Thoughts go from being suggestions to being intrusive.”
He also named what a stronghold produces: silence. “That’s the difference between the first and second Adam. Adam was tempted, and he was silent. When the enemy tried it on Jesus, Jesus said, I wrote this script — I’m not about to let you dominate the conversation, and He responded with the word. Strongholds make us silent. They shut down your voice. And I heard the Lord say: I’m giving my people their voice back.”
He took the verse apart word by word. Make is asah — to work with existing materials, as when God drew the atmosphere up out of the ocean. “God said: in order for this creation to be a representative of us, we can’t go outside of us to build the algorithm. They won’t be able to represent us unless they are made like us. God makes choices, so we have to have choice. God has authority, so we have to have authority. God has dominion — because how can you represent the company if you don’t have the credentials?”
Image is tselem — a representative figure, or a window. “A window lets you see parts of the house. God’s intent is that every time someone interacts with you, they interact with Him. You come as a package deal — you’re not just getting into a relationship with me, you’re getting into relationship with what’s in me.”
He connected this to Matthew 13, where the Son of Man sows the children of the kingdom into the field, and the field is the world. “God is sowing us into the marketplace, the municipality and the ministry. Getting a job is one of the easiest things in the world when you understand you are a representative — because when He opens a door for the window, He’s opened a door for the kingdom.”
Likeness is demuth, from the root dama — to think. “So when God talks about likeness, He’s not talking about complexion or features, eyes or nose or ears. He’s talking about His dimension of thought. Man has unlimited access to God’s dimension of thought.”
He laid out the three realms and the reason for each. God gave you a spirit because He wanted to live in it — “I’m about to give you a house, but the only condition is this room belongs to me. God didn’t ask us if we were okay with it. This is why Jesus said, I will never leave you nor forsake you — because I’m in the house. The problem is you never come up to that room. God is in the upper atmosphere and you’re in the basement with your thinking.”
He gave you a soul because He is a thinker, a strategist and a planner, and the soul is accessible to the psychological realm. And He gave you a body “so that we can do things — because the condition to do things in the earth is you’ve got to have flesh. That’s the licence to drive. That’s why devils like to get in you. God wants to use you, so the devil says, I want to get in you too.”
He examined the placement first. Garden means a hedge, a protection. Eden means pleasure, luxury, delight. “At this point Adam knew nothing about the word grind, because the workplace God set up had no grind connected to it — it was just grace. It’s not a job you can’t wait to clock out of. It’s a job you can’t wait to get to. We need to be more discerning to find out where our Edens are in these organisations we’re working for.”
“There is divine protection around you when you’re doing what God created you to do. The only time that protection is broken is when you step out from under what God said and do something God didn’t order.”
Then the two assignments. Dress means to work. “There’s no such thing as being in an assignment and doing no work. There’s no such thing as being in an office and never doing the work connected to the office. If it grieves you to do the work of the office, then you shouldn’t be in the office. I’m not scared of you either.”
Keep is shamar — to guard, to watch. “Isn’t it interesting how God says watch as well as pray? Nobody should know there’s an issue with your area before you do. When someone else has to come and tell you this is out of place, it’s because you’re not keyed in or engaged in your role.”
On Genesis 2:19 he corrected a common reading. “I used to think God gave Adam a blank check — call it whatever you want. The Spirit of God told me two days ago while I was working on this: that’s not how that works. He said, I didn’t correct Adam because I knew he had my code. The name he gave them was the name we had already decided.”
“Sin is a virus, or malware, to the divine genetic code that we had.” He argued the damage was immediate and systemic rather than physical, and he read God’s first question as a diagnostic.
“God called out to man and said, Where are you? He wasn’t asking because He didn’t geographically know where he was. He meant: where are you based on the realm I had you at? You are no longer in your realm. You don’t realise what he fell from — he fell from a level, because of a virus in his system.”
The evidence was in Adam’s own words. “He said, I heard your voice and I was afraid. That fear is not in God’s code. The serpent was always in the garden with Adam, but it never bothered Adam, because fear was not in his code. God always came in the cool of the day and it never made him fearful. If that kind of talk is coming out of the mouth of the one made in our image, you have a virus — because we don’t talk like that.”
“And sin did not come by himself. Sin brought his family — fear, shame, condemnation. Read the end of chapter two: they were naked and were not ashamed. All of a sudden shame comes in the door. Here is the man who previously said bone of my bone, flesh of my flesh — but when the virus set in, it became the woman you gave me. When sin comes in, we don’t take accountability for our mistakes. That runs in sin’s bloodline too.”
“I know we are intimately connected to our birth dates. But there is a difference between your date of birth and your date of origin. I define your birth date as the date the earth came to know you. I define your date of origin as the day God came to know you.”
“Before I formed you in your mother’s womb, I knew you — so if your birthday was the start of your existence, then how did He know you?”
He then pressed the necessity of the individual. “The only reason you were born was because there was a need for you to be here. Even in medical terms — you weren’t the only sperm released, but you were the one that hit the target. And the reason you hit the target was because God had a plan for you. He wrote code. He invested in your development. And He is not going to watch you be swallowed up in a word curse, swallowed up in evil altars, swallowed up by witchcraft. It may have been around you, but it could not swallow you, because of what God had for you.”
From Ephesians 2:10 — workmanship, the Greek poema, from which we get poem. “We are God’s poetic expression in the earth. When people need to understand and learn about God, they need to see us.” And from Psalm 139:16, God wrote a book: “Every day of your life is in a book, and you haven’t even lived every day of your life yet. That’s how significant a believer is in the plan of God. But because we’ve got lies running on repeat, we don’t understand who we are.”
This was his central image, and he built it from software development. “No developer makes software they lose access to. There is always a back door. If the end user experiences any issues with an app they bought and it’s not functioning properly, the developer has to be able to access it to create certain fixes.”
“We are God’s product. And when He built us, He did not let Satan know that He built a back door. So even though we were under the power of Satan, even though we were trapped in toxic cycles, even though we could not get ourselves free — Colossians 1:13 says He rescued us from the power of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of His dear Son. He did that because He created a back door to the product, so He could rescue us from the end user.”
He reminded the house that Adam carried two offices, not one. Dominion is kingship, and it is the one we know. But the New Testament adds the priesthood. “What God wants us to do when He plants us in a particular sector of society is build Him an altar.”
“I’m not telling you to get some wood on your job — they will fire you. I’m saying that when you come up in there, it is all right, under your tongue, to pray.”
This was the instruction he said he was sent to leave with the network. He began from Acts 2:17, identifying prophecy, visions and dreams as God’s back-door route into a person’s awareness. “If you’re not yet able to hear the voice of the Lord and distinguish it, God will bring someone across your path to release the word to you. And if that would take too long, He’ll come into your sleep.”
“God said to me: what I do in the night is just as important as what I do in the day. Would you all stop giving the devil the night? I understand prayer watches, I get all of that — but even though some people have hijacked His night, the night still belongs to Him. His factory is not closed. He doesn’t have business hours from nine to nine and then give certain hours to the devil. The night and the day are His.”
He cited the precedents. “Solomon went to sleep a normal man and woke up a genius. He wrote about animals, about insects, about wealth, about leadership, about relationships — he got all of that from a dream. Jacob realised that the heavens and the earth were connected through his sleep.” Psalm 139:12 — the night shines as the day.
Then he did the arithmetic in front of the house. The average adult sleeps roughly 2,555 hours a year. Over three years, 7,665 hours. Over ten years, 25,550. Over a thirty-year period — and many in Liberty have been in this house over thirty years — roughly 76,000 hours. “Here’s my question to you: is God going to lose that much time and access to a product He built to be His representative? The answer is no. Because He built two parts of you that don’t sleep. While He has the sleep protocol on the body, the spirit and the soul — we’re in business.”
Job 33:14–16 gave the mechanism: God speaks once, yea twice, though man does not perceive it — in a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men. “And then verse 16: He opens their ears and seals their instruction. How many of us are missing instructions? The true purpose of sleep was never just about your body. It is the season when God is running updates on His line of code — just like Windows runs updates, just like your iPhone runs updates. When you are offline, He is still online, updating your system.”
He added a scripture he said the Lord told him to insert the night before, for people in the network who struggle with insomnia or fear of the dark, for whom nights are traumatic: Proverbs 3:24 — “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; yes, you will lie down, and your sleep shall be sweet.”
Closing the Convocation
He closed the convocation in prayer, naming every voice that had spoken across the four days — Apostle Darlyn’s State of the Union, Apostle Earl Glisson, the workshop leaders including Dr. La Joyce Brookshire, Deborah Taylor and the Wesleys, Apostle John Eckhardt, and Prophet Dwight Taylor and Prophetess Doris Dickey — and asked: “As we begin to go home and unpack all of these things over the next several weeks, help us by your Spirit to have access to the data center, to the mind of Christ. Help us to pay attention to the instruction you are giving us in the night, so that we can begin to put boots on the ground and bring execution to the things we have heard.”
The Prophetic Word
The Prophetic Company
The Bezalel Prophetic Company, founded by Prophet Dwight Taylor, entered a formal joint venture with Liberty International Network in 2025 to develop prophetic voices across the network. Sunday morning was its first public teaching session at convocation — structured as conversation, questions from the floor, exhortation, and the release of prophetic words over LIN.
What follows is what each voice actually said that morning, speaker by speaker.
“Prophecy is the opportunity that God gives you to become what He originally designed you to become — because He has spoken to you once, twice, many years in a row, and you haven’t heard Him, you haven’t perceived what He has designed for you.”
“Right now there are people sitting in this room where what you’re engaged in is something Satan has planned for your life, and it is the opposite of what God has planned for your life. You haven’t discerned what God is saying to you.”
“God’s original intent relative to prophets is for Him to talk to you, and then for them to come and confirm what He said — because out of the mouth of two or three witnesses His word is established. The challenge is we don’t know what God said, so when the prophets come we think that’s the first time it happened, and then we don’t know what to do with it because we’re not sure it applies to us.”
He gave the reason that is hardest to hear. “One of the reasons words don’t come to pass is that they were never prophetic words to begin with. The human soul has the power to create prophets — and to create preachers. The Bible says you can create prophets and preachers based on your itching ears.”
“And true prophets, when they are immature, can be manipulated by your soul’s desire when they stand in front of you — when they don’t understand that they should only be speaking what God wants spoken, and not what the people want to hear. Most people have no idea what it is they need, and more importantly, the process it’s going to take to get them there. If you ask them, they would say one thing, and God most of the time has something totally opposite in mind.”
“So many times the word doesn’t come to pass because it was never a word to begin with. What it was, was an encouragement. What it was, was somebody’s hope for you. God never spoke it. God never inspired it. God never infused something into someone to speak it to you.”
This was his most sobering warning to the house, and he gave it as a mechanism rather than a threat.
“Go learn how to talk to God for yourself. Because prophets prophesy in part — and if you deify them, if you elevate them, I will assure you what God will do: He will put a false word in their mouth. Because you’re leaning on them too much. And then you’ll know.”
“Learn to hear from God. And when somebody comes and gives you a prophecy, you can say: that’s not for me.”
Asked from the floor about prophetic activation and impartation conferences, he answered without softening it.
“How in the world, at a twelve-hour conference, is somebody going to activate you — and if they do activate you, which they can, what in the world are they activating? And then what is going to happen after you leave that conference? Are you going to print some cards and go try to talk to people because you’re activated? Basically it’s a factory for weapons of mass destruction.”
“We’re struggling to hear from God for our own life. Why would you put yourself in a position to try to steer somebody else’s life? If you have a hot mess inside your own house and you want to say something to somebody else, you should probably be silent.”
He then located the first activation in Scripture. “Can somebody activate you prophetically? Yes — Satan. The first time we see a prophetic activation is in Genesis. He activated the man and the woman. And what we see is God saying: who told you that? Who gave you that sight? I never said anything to you about seeing. Why are you telling me what you can see?”
“Satan has gifts too that he can give you. He can turn your sight on where you will see demons constantly. You’ll see people’s lives just by touching them — and that type of sight God doesn’t want you to have, because when you can see everything you have no need for the Holy Spirit, no need for Jesus, no need for the Father to lead and guide you.”
This was his exhortation, and he disclosed that his entire prophetic assignment in the earth is connected to the glory of God. “Jesus told me He would restore the glory of the Lord to the church, and the first step is restoring the fear of the Lord to the hearts of His people.”
He testified to three occasions of being taken into the kingdom — the first to see the Lord administrating the kingdom, “very active, a ton of movement, assignments and things that leave heaven to come to earth”; the second in 2019, when he was given an assignment concerning “a latter house glory manifestation of dismantling the kingdom of darkness within God’s people”; and a third in 2023.
“The kingdom of God is a physical place. I think we tend to think of it as something ethereal, intangible like the wind — no, it’s a physical place. And the glory of God is the physical representation and manifestation of God’s presence in that place.”
Then the text. “Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you. Why is it trying you? Because you can be anointed all you want to — but before you carry the glory of God, you must be tried. This is God talking. This is not Satan talking. This is not the powers of darkness. This is God talking through Peter.”
“Verse 14 — the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. Have you ever heard of the spirit of glory? We have the wrong perspective of hardship and of the suffering we go through. It is designed so that it cultivates a space in you for the glory to dwell — not visit. Dwell.”
“Hear the word of the Lord, everybody in this room. There’s a level of suffering that everybody is going to experience, and it’s based on you personally. But that suffering is not designed for you to give up on God. It’s a place God is carving out in you for you to carry His glory — and if you respond the right way, which is to keep your eyes on Christ.”
Announcing the two candidates the company had discerned, he framed it with deliberate restraint, in keeping with the network’s practice of laying hands on no one suddenly.
“They are not prophets yet. They are elected to become prophets — they need to pass this process first. Don’t call them prophets. Don’t run to them asking for prophecy, because they are going to be challenged in this next season. God is going to use them, He’s going to speak to them, they’re going to prophesy — and they’re going to do it while God is testing them. Sometimes He’s going to tell them something and His next instruction is going to be don’t tell anyone, and they’re going to fail some of those tests.”
“They’re entering a two-year process where they are going to be cut — by me, by Prophetess Doris, by Jesus Christ, and by life.”
Responding to a longtime member wrestling with guilt over having left Liberty for a church her granddaughter could physically attend, he answered with unusual gentleness.
“God created us. He owns everything, and quite frankly He owns us. He doesn’t make us do anything — and that includes accepting Him. The first time God asked me to do something, notice my words: He asked me. He said, will you submit to the vision of this house? He didn’t tell me go there, serve there, do that. He asked me would I.”
“If I choose to leave, God will allow me to leave. Because I’m a prophet, He’ll tell me the consequences of leaving — but He won’t stop me from leaving. He will not. God doesn’t do that.”
“Prophecy has been birthed so that God can talk to you. It’s almost like a third party with your phone service — you’ve got one carrier, and sometimes there’s a third party. God presented prophecy so He could have a third party to talk to you.”
“But this is what I want to say to you. God never meant for prophecy to be for you to only seek after a word. He wants you to seek after His heart. Any time you look for a prophecy to speak to you versus getting in the word, you begin to discount your relationship with God.”
“What I have found out as a prophet of God is that people look for a word, and most of the time they haven’t fulfilled the word they got five years ago, ten years ago. Why is that? Because you’re seeking out the word versus seeking after the heart of God.”
She also named what has happened to the gift in this season: “What we have seen lately with prophecy — it has been tainted, it has been added to, and it has been prostituted.”
Asked why words do not come to pass, she went first, and gave the most practical answer of the morning.
“When you hear the word, it’s just like a seed. You must water it. Whether you understand prophecy or not, there’s a process. Even before I understood what prophecy was, it still was a seed — whether you understand it or not. And what you do to cultivate that is going to determine the outcome.”
“The Bible says we know in part and we prophesy in part. So if God said it — the question is, did God say it? If He did not say it, then you may be going on your own function. We’ve got to go back to the word. What does the word of God say about you in that Bible?”
“And then there’s another point: what are you doing to produce that? Once you hear the word, the seed has been sown — am I cultivating it? Do you go home and begin to investigate? Do you go home and begin to plan? Or do you hear the word, let it sit, don’t cultivate it — and the seed dies.”
Her answer on activation and impartation went to discernment, and she rooted it in the Old Testament schools of the prophets.
“You’ve got to be cultivated. You’ve got to be developed. Let’s go to the natural — you go to a doctor. I love interns, but I normally don’t want them working on me. I need somebody with experience, with a track record, with something I can look up.”
“The Bible says in the last days you’ll have false prophets and false apostles. Why? Because they have the outer view, but they don’t have the root. A lot of people operate off of old anointing, old oil. They were on fire, like it was with David and Saul — but they’re still operating because they had the platform at one time.”
“How do you discern? You’ve got to get in the word. If you haven’t studied the word daily, you don’t know what the word says — and this is why you can’t identify what is false and what is true in these last days. God is coming for the word, and He’s coming for Himself — but He can’t find Himself inside of you, because the word is not in you.”
She also named the cost of getting it wrong: “So many people are being robbed. They’re giving out their life savings — and this is the sad part — they’re sowing in the wrong vineyard. That’s why they can’t get a harvest.”
Following Prophet Dwight’s exhortation, she connected suffering to production using the image of the olive press.
“The Bible says you’ve got to endure hardship like a good soldier. And we know about the press of the oil. The spirit of glory that wants to hover over us, that wants to rest on us, that wants to abide in us — it is going to come through the process of that suffering. If you can’t suffer with me, you can’t carry glory with me. Because part of the suffering is birthing glory.”
“This is why when it came time to die, Christ said: wait a minute — you don’t take my life, I lay it down. For the glory.”
This was the sharpest line of the morning, and she aimed it at the whole network.
“What are you going to do with the glory God has given you? You didn’t just gather at convocation to gather. You gathered because God is depositing something inside of you to take back to where you’re going, to your location, to your church. So if you came here just to get a feel-good, you missed the whole concept of it.”
“There’s no way you can leave here and not be a producer. The glory wants to produce something — fruit that can be seen, that’s tangible, that people can glean off. What is the purpose of carrying the weight of the glory if I can’t be a game changer? What is the point of having the glory and I’m over here shining and everything over there is dark? No purpose. The glory is a light. It’s a brilliance. It’s to affect every system in the world.”
“It’s like a woman being pregnant nine months, ten months, eleven months — you look at her, you know she’s expecting, but she’s not birthing anything.”
She moved from glory to stewardship without apology, and grounded it in her own testimony.
“Part of your connection is your money — because where your treasure is, that’s where your heart is. We need to stop lying. We know that we’re connected to our money. That’s why we aren’t giving it — because we’re connected to it.”
“He could have asked for ninety, but He only asked for ten. Now, just because He asked for ten, I want to give Him twenty — because I want to show Him I trust Him. I’m never going to give Him ten dollars and seventeen cents. I round it up. Then I add a little extra, which is my offering. We’ll do our children like that, but we don’t do God like that. We’ll do our husband and our wife like that, but we’re scared to do God like that.”
She then testified. She and Apostle Randolph needed a specific sum to move out of a mould-damaged house into one being held for them for a limited time. They told no one. “Apostle Darlyn came, she was our speaker — we said nothing. She gets up there and God uses her in her element, and she starts raising money. And then the Lord turns it and she says, and this is for Apostle Randolph. Not the exact amount we needed — over what we needed. We could get the moving truck, pay the down payment, all of it. One service, from a congregation we didn’t think had the money.”
In the final appeal she released the number the Lord would not let her put down, which Apostle Darlyn then confirmed had been given to her as well.
“We talked about the number seven last night. But He dealt with the number eight with me again — He just wouldn’t let me release that number eight. He says some of you can give eight hundred dollars.”
“The Lord said: I want you to look at what you’ve been spending on yourself. And I had to repent. I’m one girl that loves to shop. I’m one girl that loves to travel. I went back to the hotel last night and began to add it up. Many of us have money challenges because, truth be told, we’ve not been faithful and honest with that treasure.”
“He gives seed to the sower — but have you been eating your seed, or planting your seed? I was eating my seed and wearing it.”
The session opened on a story about her. A young woman complained that the words spoken over her had not come to pass. Prophetess Sharon did not even remember giving them — “that’s how prophets are; it comes from the Spirit of God” — but her reply became the thesis of the whole morning.
“It isn’t that the word didn’t come to pass. You didn’t come to pass.”
She then explained it. “Prophecy is foresight and insight into who we are to become. So if we’re not developing and growing, that means we’re not taking on those prophecies and walking in them. A prophecy can be held for ten years before you see a manifestation of it. You don’t plant a seed in the ground and come back next week and it’s up. It may start with a little sprout.”
Her second reason words fail was internal rather than external.
“How many times have you listened to that prophecy again to make sure you got it right? Because we hear things through a filter system. And that’s why I say you have to mature to be able to take on some things. If I’m hearing through a filter system — is my filter clean enough to hear what God is saying for me to do?”
“So we have to be able to discern the word as well as receive it.”
She used the founder as the working model, and it is one of the clearest pictures of him in the whole convocation.
“One of the things I really appreciated about Liberty, and more so about Apostle Turner, was that he would get a word from a prophet and he is acting on it. If they told him you’re going to get a house, he is going to look — he’s going to start driving tomorrow to go look for a house. Now it doesn’t mean he’s going to access it right away, but he’s going to look for it, and he’s going to be led by the Lord.”
“And I could say that about my husband. When God says you’re to have a building, he starts driving and looking, going on every side of town. Why? Because faith without works is dead. So you have to utilise your faith.”
On impartation and activation she gave the most practical protections of the panel.
“I don’t just be quick to let people lay hands on me — because there is a transference of spirits. And the transference of spirits can even come from dancers. I used to make sure my dancers were holy, because if you’re out there flouncing around, you’re spreading spirits.”
“We can get an impartation from a book. So I get their book and read their book. I want to know about them before I’m going in talking about impartation and activation. I want to see the fruit. Activation and impartation are the seed — they awaken what’s already in you, or should be in you. But if there’s nothing there, it’s not awakening anything.”
She also modelled disagreeing with a trusted recommendation. “Apostle Darlyn can admit to this. She’ll be recommending someone and I’ll come back and say, nah, I can’t listen to them. That ain’t me. You have to have your own discernment.”
She spoke about the cost of the office itself, recalling a conversation with Apostle Darlyn from before they knew each other well.
“We’re prophesying, we’re tapping into God in us, and we’re moving with Him — but there comes a time in maturity and development that we become one with Him. And it’s sacrificial. It’s giving up of yourself. It’s a death that you have to die.”
“I remember talking to Apostle Darlyn, and she said: Sharon, that sounds like that’s your cross. The prophet’s cross is heavier. And we heard yesterday that a prophet is without honour — so that makes it heavier still.”
“Everybody’s not cut out for the real thing. Because it does make you want to run. It does make you want to fight. It brings out some things in you — but you can’t, because you’re under the restraint of the Holy Spirit.”
Her declaration over the network came Saturday night after Apostle Eckhardt’s word, and she returned to it Sunday.
“We’ve got to move forward with God. We can’t stay where it’s comfortable. As the prophet said, we’ve got to move with the glory — and that glory has a greater peace. We’re scared to jump in because the old place was our comfortable place. But there’s more in front of us than there is behind.”
“We’re fitly joined together. Holy Spirit has made it that way. Yes, we’re different — but just like all the fish in the sea are different, we’re the whales. Liberty, we’re the whales.”
She then named how the network honours its founder. “This is how we honour Apostle Turner. This is how we honour his legacy. This is how we honour what he deposited — that we honour his bride, that we honour who he chose. So whatever we’ve got to shake off, whatever we’ve got to get over, whatever we’ve got to kick out — we’ve got to do it, because we’re doing this together.”
She closed the morning by calling the men forward and prophesying over them directly.
“You’re called to greater. There is a surrender, there is a death that has to take place, men of God, and you’ve been fighting it. You were easing into it, and then you backed out — because when trouble comes… I know how you feel. But God said, I need to be able to shape you and mould you and grow you to the ability to handle what I’ve got for you.”
“You’re not called to play with pennies. You’re called to grab hold of an awesome arsenal of weaponry — but the enemy is stealing from you and stressing you out and breaking you down. God said: I don’t forget about the gifts I put inside of you — but don’t take that gift and hide it under a bushel where I can’t get to it. I need your gift. I need you connected.”
“We’re breaking the very curse that came through your bloodline to try to stop you — because you’re a demon-buster, man of God. You’re called to break open the gates of hell.”
Speaking to the two prophets about to be commissioned, he named the danger that sits inside the gift itself.
“There’s something intoxicating about the prophetic gift — intoxicating to the point that the prophetic gift can bring out the worst in people. And they become emboldened to think that they’re more than what they are. They have no need for training, no need for growth, no need for development.”
He also described the office honestly. “We’ve got lots of people today that call themselves apostles, but they have no apostolic characteristics. The apostolic office is not glamorous. It’s not a place for ten armour bearers. It’s not a place to be pampered. It’s a place of diligence and suffering and pain, and many times much loss.”
He built the charge from an observation about the crowds around Jesus that most readers pass over.
“They were astonished, saying: from whence has this man these things, and what wisdom is this which is given him, that even such mighty works are done? What did these people discern? It’s not just what Jesus did — they discerned that He knew what He was doing. Did you hear what I just said? He understood the technology of His ministry.”
“Ecclesiastes 12:11 — the words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies. It could be said: the assembly of the masters. People that have mastered a craft.”
He gave his own practice as the standard rather than as a courtesy.
“I’ve been prophesying now for fifty-six years. I’ve had a prophetic school for thirty-two years, and I’m creating a completely separate course right now. And as I was writing it, I looked back at my own experience. I’ve learned what I am. I’ve learned what I’m not. I’ve learned what to reach for. I’ve learned wisdom. I’ve learned the need to learn.”
“I’m still learning. And I’m not saying that because it’s a nice cliché and a humble thing to say. I’m learning. My prayer before God is: please God, teach me some more. Teach me some more, so I have something to teach the people I have an apostolic responsibility for.”
His charge to the newly commissioned: “Be humble. Be small in your own eyes. You’re not the latest and the greatest — God’s got somebody else besides you. Be a student of your craft. Study the prophetic. Become a master, not just a prophetic novice. Know what you do and how it works. And learn the various dimensions of the prophetic, so you’re not limited to one dimension, not stuck at a point or at a place.”
The Panel in Summary
What Prophecy Is — and What It Is Not
The panel was unanimous on the definition. Prophecy is direction, instruction, warning, correction, rebuke and clarity — “a message from God to you, to help you get in alignment with your purpose and your destiny.” Much of it is confirmation of what God has already spoken to you personally.
They were equally unanimous on the boundary. “What prophecy is not is something for you to seek after so you can live by it — I can’t do anything unless I get a prophecy. You should have your own intimate personal relationship with God. When we use prophecy as a shortcut — so I don’t have to read my word, I don’t have to have a prayer life — that is not what it is for.”
Prophet Dwight put it in terms of the prophetic company itself: “There are people who expect vending-machine prophecy. My job is to teach you how to hear from Jesus the same way you think I’m hearing from Jesus for you. And I’ll assure you — if you deify a prophet and elevate them, God will put a false word in their mouth, because you’re leaning on them too much.”
“God never meant for prophecy to be something you only seek a word from. He wants you to seek after His heart. Most people haven’t fulfilled the word they got five or ten years ago — because they’re seeking the word instead of the heart of God.”
Why Words Do Not Come to Pass
This was the heart of the session, opened by a story: a young woman complained to Prophetess Sharon Randolph that her words had not come to pass. The reply became the thesis of the morning — “It isn’t that the word didn’t come to pass. You didn’t come to pass.”
The word is a seed that was never cultivated
“When you hear the word, it’s a seed. What you do to cultivate it is going to determine the outcome. Do you go home and investigate? Do you begin to plan? Or do you hear it, let it sit, and the seed dies?”
It was never a word to begin with
“The human soul has the power to create prophets and preachers based on itching ears. And true prophets, when they are immature, can be manipulated by your soul’s desire. Most people have no idea what they need, or the process it will take to get there — God most often has something totally opposite in mind. Sometimes what was spoken was an encouragement, or somebody’s hope for you. God never inspired it.”
Faith without works
“What is the one thing you’ve done for each prophecy you’ve received? Apostle Turner would get a word from a prophet and act on it. If they told him he was going to get a house, he was driving tomorrow to look for it. Faith without works is dead.”
Your filter
“We hear things through a filter system. Is my filter clean enough to hear what God is actually saying? We have to be able to discern the word as well as receive it.”
Time and germination
“A prophecy can be held for ten years before you see a manifestation. You don’t plant a seed and come back next week and it’s up. Sometimes it just takes time — but are you growing and becoming?”
You did not come to pass
Apostle Darlyn supplied the scriptural case: God Himself promised Israel a land flowing with milk and honey and they never arrived — not because God failed, but because unbelief, murmuring and contempt meant the people never became who the promise required.
On Activation, Impartation and Discernment
A question from the floor about prophetic activation conferences drew the session’s most sober counsel. The panel did not deny that activation is real — they warned about what is being activated and by whom.
“There is a height of false apostles, false prophets, false evangelists in this season, because people want a shortcut. They don’t want to be processed by God. God doesn’t do anything quickly. Even Jesus studied thirty years before He touched somebody.”
Prophetess Sharon Randolph added the practical protections: be careful whose hands are laid on you, because there is a transference of spirits; get their book and read it before you seek an impartation; look for the fruit. “Activation and impartation awaken what is already in you — but if there’s nothing there, it’s not awakening anything.”
Prophetess Doris Dickey pressed the same point toward the word: “How do you discern? You’ve got to get in the word. If you haven’t studied the word daily, you don’t know what it says — and this is why you can’t identify what is false and what is true in these last days.”
The panel also handled the culture of spectacle directly — the pressure to come to the altar line, the pushing, the display. Apostle Darlyn testified to publicly refusing an inaccurate prophecy given to her at another gathering, and told the house: “You have to have courage. That’s your life.” Prophet Dwight named the environment itself: “If people are looking to be affirmed and adulated and brought to the front, and it grieves you — it’s a tainted environment.”
“If you don’t know their life, run for your life.” — Prophetess Sharon Randolph
Prophet Dwight Taylor — The Spirit of Glory
The exhortation came from 1 Peter 4:12–19. He disclosed that his entire prophetic assignment is connected to the glory of God, and that in 2019 he was given an assignment concerning “a latter house glory manifestation of dismantling the kingdom of darkness within God’s people.”
His central claim: the glory under the new covenant is not meant to be located in a building or in a single person, but carried — and the atmosphere in which a person is prepared to carry it is the fiery trial.
“Don’t think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you. Why is it trying you? Because you can be anointed all you want — but before you carry the glory of God, you must be tried. This is God talking. Not Satan. This is God talking through Peter.”
“If you want latter house glory, you had better learn how to stand in the presence of God while you’re suffering. Verse 14 — the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. The hardship we go through is cultivating that place of glory. It’s a space God is carving out in you for His glory to dwell — not visit. Dwell.”
“In case you haven’t heard it yet: in this latter day, there are no more Moses implementations — where the glory flows from one person and one person only. That day is over. It is not God’s intention for your church to have the glory. He wants you to carry glory.”
Prophetess Doris Dickey — What Will You Do With Your Glory?
She followed by connecting suffering to production. “The Bible says endure hardship like a good soldier. The spirit of glory that wants to hover over us, to rest on us, to abide in us, is going to come through the process of that suffering. If you can’t suffer with me, you can’t carry glory with me — because part of the suffering is birthing glory.”
Her charge was to production, not experience. “What are you going to do with the glory God has given you? You didn’t just gather at convocation to gather. If you came here for a feel-good, you missed the whole concept. There’s no way you can leave here and not be a producer. The glory wants to produce something tangible that others can glean from. What is the point of carrying the weight of glory if I can’t be a game changer? What is the point of having the glory if I’m over here shining and everything over there is dark?”
She then delivered the sharpest line of the morning: “God told me the day of LIN birthing nothing is over. We’re no longer carrying this thing — it is time to birth it. How long can you carry a baby? You begin to walk around with a stillbirth inside of you.”
She also addressed stewardship and connection, testifying that Apostle Darlyn had come to their church at a moment when she and Apostle Randolph needed a specific sum to move out of a mold-damaged house and into one being held for them. “We said nothing to anybody. She gets up and starts raising money — and it was for us. Not the exact amount we needed — more. The glory was right there in the house. It just needed somebody to draw it out.”
Prophetess Sharon Randolph — Lock Arms
Speaking Saturday night and again Sunday, she pressed unity as the mechanism of the glory. “We’re fitly joined together. Holy Spirit has made it that way. Yes, we’re different — but just like all the fish in the sea are different, we’re the whales. Liberty, we’re the whales.”
“This is how we honor Apostle Turner. This is how we honor his legacy — that we honor his bride, that we honor who he chose. So whatever we’ve got to shake off, whatever we’ve got to get over, we’ve got to do it, because we’re doing this together. There’s more power with all of us than there is with one of us. We’ve been through too much together to walk away from each other. Lock arms.”
A confirming testimony followed from the floor: a member had woken that morning to a television programme about sea lions, which cannot take a whole school of fish — they must wait until one fish separates itself. “And the Lord said, that’s the same way with my people. As long as you are locked together, the enemy cannot devour you.”
The Prophetic Elects
Prophet Dwight announced two candidates the company had discerned and the Lord had named a year prior — and framed the announcement with unusual care, in keeping with the network’s practice of laying hands suddenly on no one.
“They are not prophets yet. They are elected to become prophets — they need to pass this process first. Don’t call them prophets. Don’t run to them asking for prophecy, because they are going to be challenged in this next season. They’re entering a two-year process where they will be cut by me, by Prophetess Doris, by Jesus Christ — and by life. When people are elected, you need to be celebrating and crying and praying all at the same time.”
Prophet-elect Moneecia Johnson and Prophet-elect Carol Jacobs were commissioned that afternoon, with Chief Apostle Joseph Prude of the Apostolic Council giving the charge.
Chief Apostle Joseph Prude — The Charge to the Prophets
Speaking after fifty-six years of prophesying and thirty-two years of running a prophetic school, Apostle Prude named the danger inside the gift itself. “There’s something intoxicating about the prophetic gift — intoxicating to the point that it can bring out the worst in people. They become emboldened to think they’re more than what they are. No need for training, no need for growth, no need for development.”
He built from Mark 6:2 and Matthew 13:54, where the crowd discerned not only what Jesus did but that He knew what He was doing — “the technology of His ministry” — and from Ecclesiastes 12:11, “the assembly of the masters, people who have mastered a craft.”
“One of the things we’ve lost today is mastery. Nobody wants to master. They just want the garment. They want the mantle. They want to prophesy — that’s why they shipwreck, that’s why they make mistakes, that’s why they get bitter, that’s why they damage people. Because they don’t learn. After fifty-six years, I’m still learning. My prayer before God is: teach me some more, so I have something to teach the people I have apostolic responsibility for.”
His charge to the newly commissioned: be humble; be small in your own eyes; you are not the latest and greatest; be a student of your craft; become a master, not a prophetic novice; know what you do and how it works; and learn the various dimensions so you are not stuck at one point.
“Understand — the greatest manifestation of the prophetic is not in church. The greatest manifestation of the prophetic is in the street. I do more prophesying in the street than I do on Sunday.”
The Nightly Prophetic Releases
Prophet Dwight Taylor opened Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a prophetic release over the network. Read together, they form a single progression.
“My people, you must fight to remain steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. You must fight when finances turn against you. You must fight when your health is threatened. You must fight when fiery trials come to test what is within you — and they will come. You must fight when you have been elected to rise in glory. You must fight when you have been appointed into new offices.”
“You must fight the temptation to be overwhelmed with discouragement. The enemy knows his time is short, and because his time is short he is trying to discourage the saints through a variety of avenues. We are not ignorant of his devices.”
“I see people being overwhelmed with wet blankets — they come from the realm of the spirit, they are heavy, they try to weigh you down. I declare the garment of praise in exchange for the spirit of heaviness. I declare the oil of joy for mourning. Play worship music in your house when you don’t know what to do and don’t know what to say. I see God charging angels to come and help with the atmosphere when you decide to change the atmosphere instead of allowing heaviness to come on you.”
“There is a battle for your focus. The enemy is doing everything he knows how to get you off focus, to get you out of alignment. Know that your Lord is standing there with you, and you have everything you need to stay the course.”
“Remain focused. Remain uncompromised — no matter what circumstance, no matter what situation arises. I’m speaking to Chicago. I’m speaking to Philadelphia West and Philadelphia East. Orlando, San Diego — wherever you are. The mountain before you will be made a plain, but don’t lose your focus.”
“The wilderness has purpose. It’s where God speaks. That’s where the law came from. He led them into a wilderness and then He spoke to them right there.”
“The latter house glory is already here. But the Spirit of the Lord would say to everyone under the sound of my voice: will you go with the glory, or are you busy looking back? Are you busy revisiting what God did, what God said, how God moved?”
“The children of Israel would tell you, if they were here to testify — when the glory moves, you had better move. Don’t stay there. Can you not discern it? Can you not sense it?”
“There are people manipulating you and guilting you into holding on to things you know you need to shift from. I give you freedom today to move with the glory. All that you believe God for is not going to happen if you’re looking at the glory from a distance — observing it, commiserating over it, embellishing it. There is a movement afoot. There is a cross-pollination afoot.”
Prophetic Words Released Over Liberty International Network
On Sunday morning the prophetic company released the words each member had received for the network. They are recorded here as given.
“Get ready, LIN, for God to move quickly. It’s time to step into a new level of service.”
“I see Liberty growing its people. I see the people going out as teams to different parts of the world to spread the good news about Liberty International Network. I see different groups with different names that will represent cross-pollination. I see members all over the world being won to Christ by the teams. I see a large building that stretches over an entire city block that will be called Liberty Life Christian Center — multiple levels inside, a school, shelters that house people from young to old. I see doctors, lawyers, psychiatrists, teachers, judges, coaches, nurses, police officers, soldiers, firefighters and EMT workers giving of their time to see the ministry flourish. I see well-known people becoming part of this movement of God.”
“LIN is to be encouraged and strong in the Lord. Lean not to your own understanding; in all your ways and all your decision-making, ask God first. Ask God for more of Him — more of His love, His wisdom, His knowledge, His understanding, His strategies, His clarity, His might, His strength, His joy, His mercy, His grace, His counsel, His presence, His worship, His truth. Ask, and it will be given to you — pressed down, shaken together, running over — making rich and adding no sorrow.”
“God has given me two words: stamina and endurance for the journey — whether on your jobs or in ministry — to be steadfast and unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.”
“I have been praying concerning the word of the Lord for LIN, and I continue to hear new: new beginnings, new partnerships, new relationships, new strategies, new ways of doing ministry — a new era.”
“Evangelism. Provision. Eternal destiny. It is the glory of God to conceal a matter and the glory of kings to search it out. God will be sending His kings and His treasures out of darkness to Liberty International Network to seek refuge, restoration and the glory of God. They will find the glory of God at Liberty, and they will be equipped with knowledge and wisdom on how to spread the glory to the nations. They will bring gifts — service, partnership, resources, revelations. It will be God expanding the tents of LIN. The love of God will be exalted this year. God will be mending and strengthening relationships that are ready and established, as He creates new bonds.”
“LIN is fat in the word, but lacking in action. Many have the word but are not doing. God is calling all of us to come up higher and participate, not only in the church but in the community.”
“There are succession plans that need to be made for every branch. Every leader should be training up other leaders to take their place. Stop gatekeeping.”
“When you make your teams, consider every generation — because every generation has something different to offer. Don’t leave the kids out. Ask Holy Spirit what question a child should ask.”
“It is important to create teams and to train up your people. Get training in the areas you carry — if you are dealing with grief, go get certified in grief. As you get certified you help the community, and you help your church. What you need is in the house.”
“God is bringing forth a kingdom-established order at this convocation. You’re going to go back to your geographical locations, and there are going to be many pop-ups — Bible study pop-ups, prayer pop-ups, all types of pop-ups. It’s a new thing God is doing.”
“I saw a yellow and white snake crawling up a man’s back. The Lord had me look it up — it was a python, and it is not native to Florida. It is an invasive species: something brought in by humans, intentionally or unintentionally, that destroys the economic system, and because it is invasive there is nothing in the animal kingdom there to kill it. The word the Lord told me to release is that He is breaking that spirit off of His people.”

Speaking from Saturday night, she recalled a saying of Apostle Dr. Clifford E. Turner: agree with your season. “Agreeing with your season doesn’t mean you agree with sickness or disease. We’re all in different seasons — we can all be in the same house but be in different seasons. And our different seasons carry a different glory. We can’t see the full glory until we all get to the place where we’re agreeing with the season God has called us to. We’ve already been through the probation. We’ve been through the preparation. We’ve been through the testing. We’re over the forty-year mark. This is a season where we’re moving into legacy, moving into maturity. Love your season. Walk in it with great dignity and great faith — because that’s when you’ll see the greater grace on your life.”
Following Apostle Eckhardt’s word, he confirmed it over the network and over its president. “Apostle Darlyn, you’ve been pregnant and carrying some things — and this pregnancy of vision and dreams, I believe the Lord is saying: I’m bringing the connections. I’m setting things in order. This is a reset. This is a restart. This is a fresh start. This is a new beginning. God is confirming and validating. This is the time God is setting things in motion.” He called for a $700 seed corresponding to the seven points, and prophesied a ten-day window in which those who sowed sacrificially would hear from the Spirit of God, with returns within thirty days.
Closing the final service, he gave the convocation its plainest summary. “At our church we have a thing toward the end of service — what did you hear? What I heard this whole weekend is: let’s just go and be great. God has restored this network. We’re going on in Jesus’ name to do greater things. And all those saints that have been on the back row — the time is over. It’s time to get up and do something. The time is now. We’re ready.”
“He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit of God said during this 2026 convocation. This food was so rich. Family, you cannot get this kind of thing and walk away and say God did not speak. We have an obligation — what we hear, we must act on it, we must move on it, in order to see the benefits of God.”
“Stay encouraged, and get ready for the greatest transfer of your life.” Throughout the convocation they staffed the digital altar, standing by on Zoom after every service to pray with anyone watching online.
“Four years ago I was not in a good place. I was in a dark place, always questioning God on why this was happening. I called my cousin one evening and we stayed on the phone almost two hours. He listened to me cry. At the end he said, Sherie, I want to invite you to Tuesday Bible study, and I want to invite you to Thursday prayer call. That was four years ago, and four years later I am still doing Bible study and still doing prayer call. No matter what situation you are going through, God never leaves you standing by yourself. I could not say that four years ago. I can say it today. You didn’t just help me grow and mature mentally — you helped me grow spiritually. I not only read my Bible, I now know how to apply kingdom living principles to my daily life.”

Four days produced one body of instruction. What follows gathers it into the form it was given for: action. The confirmations are noted, because a word is established in the mouth of two or three witnesses — and by that standard, these are settled.
What Was Confirmed Across More Than One Voice
The Instructions — What We Are To Do
- Bring your supply. Stop waiting for the pastors to identify every need or the apostolic council to launch every initiative. Take the idea God has given you to your local pastor — that is how a new network initiative is born. “Whatever’s missing in our network, guess where it is. It’s in you.”
- Act on one prophetic word this week. Ask of every word you have received: what is the one thing I have done about it? Then do that thing. The word is a seed; cultivation is your part.
- Pay attention to the night. Beginning immediately, expect God to seal instruction in your sleep. Keep something beside your bed to record what comes. Stop giving the night to the enemy.
- Show up for the network, not only for convocation. Attendance at network gatherings is where confirmation happens, and without confirmation the word is not established. “The establishment comes from community.”
- Stay in your fit. Serve where the grace actually rests. Do not step into a lane you have no grace to carry, especially in a season of transition.
- Get certified in what you carry. If God has given you grief, get certified in grief. Bring the credential back to serve the church and the community.
- Give as an intercessor. Plan your seed the way you plan a vacation. Support the network directly and consistently, not only when asked.
- Build succession plans for every branch. “Every leader should be training up other leaders to take their place. Stop gatekeeping.” This was released prophetically and confirms the gaps Apostle Darlyn named in the State of the Union.
- Close the named gaps. Procedures, communication, accountability, succession, and organizational systems and structures were identified by name on opening night. They are the network’s stated work.
- Confront the silos. Locations that engage the network only at convocation are operating against the spirit this house was built on. Confrontation was explicitly licensed — including of the president herself.
- Make room for young leaders to rise, and build teams that include every generation. “Don’t leave the kids out.”
- Compile the pamphlet. The prophetic word called for a directory of what each person in the house specializes in, so the network can utilize its own. “What you need is in the house.”
- Expect frameworks in the night. Pastors were told they would receive frameworks for what to do differently; prophets, next stages; apostles, the true function of the apostolic; builders, the designs.
- Honor tangibly. “Honor comes with honorariums.”
- Continue the cross-pollination. The invitations extended this year were obedience to a specific word. Expect more partnerships, more new relationships, more voices from outside the camp.
- Expand geographically. “Not just to be Liberty in one place, not two places, but Liberty throughout this country.” Expect pop-ups — Bible study, prayer, and otherwise — in the locations members already live.
- Raise up marketplace ministers. Into unusual careers and sectors families have never entered. Build altars in workplaces. “Don’t wait for them to come to church — bring the church to the office.”
- Develop the creative team. Prophesied by name over Apostle Darlyn: a team of creative people with unusual ideas that will produce breakthrough, in the church and in the marketplace.
- Continue the Bezalel Prophetic Company partnership. Cohorts meet every other Saturday, 9–11 a.m. A separate cohort for full-time ministry leaders is available by invitation and application only.
- Sustain the outreach model. The Marked for Mercy assignment — kindness, prophetic engagement and generosity in the community, in groups of two or three — was a network-wide exercise, not a one-time event.
- Meet the budget. The network operating requirement is approximately $650,000 annually. The pattern of the twelve — twelve responders per location — was the mechanism that built this network and was reinstated at the close.
The Word We Leave With
Apostle Glisson said the glory pockets will not appear without unification. Apostle Eckhardt said God is enlarging the ocean because He built a creature too large for a pond. Apostle James said God has been running updates the whole time, in hours we assumed were lost. The prophets said the glory is already here, and the only question is whether we will move with it.
And our President said it first, and said it plainest.
